What is this? Pictures added....

Post by ffuries »

One of my bayonets showed up today. Well packaged mind you (Box, lots of bubble wrap etc), and it was wrapped in this thing.

What is this thing? Tried to Google it but no luck as of yet!

Finding something similar listed as AK/SKS drop cases. Still not sure if this is what this is.

Added: Just checked it's shorter than my AKM and SKS, so I'm at a loss still. Oh and there are no markings on it anywhere. Unless it's for folding stock AK rifle. It's 31 inches long and several sites call it an AK drop case, whereas another site says it's used to transport spare barrels in.

Pictures?
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

That looks too small for an M44. Could it be a foreign M1 carbine bag ?
