Taurus Curve... wtf or I want one?

Post by gurn »

Seen these yet? http://www.taurususa.com/whats-new-the-curve.cfm Leave it to Taurus to come up with something no one else has. The idea is good but it is a lot thicker than my current pocket 380. S&W Bodyguard with CT laser. I showed my wife and she thinks its goofy looking. Still, like the Judge I bet they will sell a ton of them. I hope they sell well. At least Taurus isn't afraid to try new things.

I wonder if they make one for lefties?
“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

I recon they will if it takes off. I am looking forward to just holding one at a gun show.

It is just another gimmick to try and sell something new to the general public. There has been some talk about them at the shop but nobody is laying any money down yet.

From the pics, it looks like it has about a two finger grip.

It's a neat concept, that's for sure. But wouldn't an over under derringer be just as concealable? Be just as hard to grip too, curse my meat mitts.
