1938 Tula PE bolt CN

The bolt on my 1938 Tula is stamped with the sniper mark CN.

Is this common?

That isnt the sniper mark, and sniper bolts weren't marked anyway.

Is it me or does it look like a bent bolt handle welded to a standard bolt body?.

I’ll try and get some pictures when I’m back home. It’s a Ukrainian refurbishment. It’s a lovely looking rifle and it fantastic condition.

Stamped TULA 1938 but it isn’t stamped CN on the barrel shank. Just wondered what those marks were on the bolt. Seems strange.
