PW M44

Post by willifordg »

I saw a listing for a PW M44 Carbine. I haven't seen it, I've done a little research but they're asking $399 for it. It seems a bit much for a moist nugget unless they've got something special on their hands. What do you guys think?... I'm two months off from getting my first Mosin off layaway, I'm already thinking about my next one.... lol

Moist nugget??
On Facebook? Check out the non-sporter preservationist group at: OOOPS. Deleted by Facebook because it's evil to even discuss collectible firearms on social media these days.

Agree with the guys above. $399 is overkill for an M-44 unless really special. Even then, too expensive. And then there is shipping and transfer fees on top of that. PW? PW Arms? There are lots of M-44's out there. A good one can be had for $300 or below. Do your research and scour this site so you know the differences in these rifles. When you find one you are interested in, post some pics to get feedback. Caution, not to copy links here with current auctions.

For $400 it had better be signed by Stalin himself. Ok, it would have to have been a Finn capture for me to even look at that price. There are crispier nuggets to be found elsewhere for far less than that price.

Look on GB, there's a '48 on there that would be a dandy, matching I believe. I hope I'm not advertising.
