You didn't make a mistake....you made an investment.

How much you sell them for is your business and only yours.

No one could possible answer this question for you...except you.

That would be a very noble thing to do.

Well, you just told 3000 members here how much you paid for them and your intentions. If you want to sell them here you have already set the price.

Send them to me for inspection and I'll set the price for you. The only catch is I get to keep one for my troubles.

Normally, a rifle in the price range of these is not something that even shows up on Bubba's radar. Bubba is a cheap dude and would rather build a fake sniper out of a beat up Mosin 91/30. There is nothing wrong with making money on your investment. After all, it is you who laid out 2400 bucks for 4 rifles. I bought a Hakim for 100.00 over 25 years ago. If I sold it tomorrow for 600.00 it would not be unethical in the least. Of course I don't intend to do so.

You have no obligation to help out anyone. Especially in the collector world. I would suggest that you keep them for a while longer, they won't spoil. You are sitting on a nice stash, hold on to them, and when you need to, sell them for the full market value. Who knows, you might need a new kidney one day.

Hang on to the rifles and the kidneys. A good match kidney is worth a half million bucks on the black market.

if you ever decide you want to sell...id give you the going rate. Lol. I was still in college when most of the good snipers were to be had. Even 600-800 breaks the bank back then. I passed up a real one(not sure which importer) at a lgs 2 years ago and thoroughly regret it, but was focused on reducing debt at that point. I too agree you hold them. I also understand your fear of bubba. Im about at the age where people decide if they want to have kids. One of the pros I brought up was that they could take care of my rifles when I'm gone.
