1917 Remington M91 - CG/SA and all original....

Post by fernleaf »

Thought I'd share this rifle with the group - it is one of my favourites.

M91 made by Remington in 1917. All original matching parts, no Finnish modifications other than the Civil Guard District Number for Poijis Kymeenlakso, Finnish rear sight graduations, and [SA] mark....

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

Boy oh boy that one is sweet. A Remington is on my short list to set next to my Remington 1903. Very nice rifle.
