I can't afford a real one so....
I sold a .300 Win Mag I was never going to have a real use for. I saw a few other guns I wanted but I went with this. Is it practical..no. But it was just way too cool. I have looked at them before but couldn't justify spending that much on a .22 but the money I had from the sale just seemed to look like monopoly money so I bit the bullet.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

From what I have read about these they are solid as a rock and feel like the real STG. You are gonna have so much fun with that. They also make some other cool guns too. Aren't these the guys who make the reproduction Winchester 97 trench gun?

I'm not sure about the trench gun. I have been waiting for the anticipated release of the MP40 in .22 as well.
Ya this thing is solid. Heavy as well. I'm pretty sure it's about as close as it gets to a real one.

The idea of making all the cool guns in 22 makes a lot of sense. Like the GSG 1911 in 22. They are nice looking 22's that feel just like the 45Acp, until you pull the trigger.

Ya they have some cool stuff. Cheap to shoot too. We need to hit the range or have a road trip out to Weldonhunters.

Nice! These look so neat. Looks like a fun rifle.
Let me make a short, open, blanket comment. There are no good guns. There are no bad guns. Any gun in the hands of a bad man is a bad thing. Any gun in the hands of a descent person is no threat to anyone--- except bad people. -- Charleton Heston

Check out the small print on the wood case. The cases are hand built by Amish craftsmen. We had two at the shop and they are cool, even if they do weigh 20 lbs. We sold them both in a week.

Those are very cool and I've been tempted to snag one but the price has kept me away. One of these days I'll pick one up.

I can only imagine how much fun we would all have if we showed up to shoot at Weldonhunters place.

Very nice!!! You might be surprised with it... You may end up liking it. And wait until the wife gets to shoot it.... She may change her tune.
