Springfield Savage 22 Model 187 Firing Pin Broke

Does anyone here have a firing pin for the tube feed Springfield model 187m which is numerous other models and store brands.IE: Sears,Coast to Coast,Western Auto Etc.It was made in about 1960-1963

I know it is a very cheap gun but I gave it to my 9 year old boy back in April for his birthday.I like to try to fix it but if I can't I'll part it out.

Numrich and Midway both are out.E-bay is no luck.Brownells is no luck.Spent probably 4 hours total on every internet search engine you can think of trying to find one---no luck at all.

Here is a picture of the Rifle and a picture of the pin.I got to get a extractor also you can get it easily from Numrich.

Any ideas or do any of you all have one laying around?

Did you call GPC directly and ask them if they have the part? They don't put every item they have in the catalogs or even online.
