Still snowing and flipping windy.

Over 2 feet of snow, about 30" in the flat areas but huge drifts and blowing snow.

When we open up at work Monday morning, the phones will be ringing off the hook and every piece of equipment with a bucket or blade will go out on rent.

People go nuts don't they Lee,I just wait it out and let mother nature take it away like she put it there. Kind of like all those leaves I used to bust my azz raking each fall. I don't know where they end up now but by spring their gone.

My sister in Baltimore texted around 3pm that they had 20" and still falling. Not a flake in sight here in central Texas...

I don't know what we have so far, but 10"+ is likely and it's still snowing. My Sunday will be spent in the plow truck cleaning this shit up. That's if it stops on Sunday that is.

30.2 inches. It feels like I shoveled a lot more than that.

I only shovel from my front door to the door of the truck, about 15 feet. Then everything gets pushed and piled using mechanical devices.

This is what I did, now I have a huge drift between my truck and front door.
I can only push the screen door open 12". By morning I'll be snowed in because there is also 4 foot drift at the back door. :bigrant:

Took this pic a noon, its a lot worse now.

It will be interesting to see how many babies are born 9 months from this weekend. For those old enough to remember the NY blackout in 1965, remember?

Can't, the bugout bus is parked there, just in case I need to reach it quickly on short notice.

I made it outside, cleared around my truck so I could get my sunglasses and cleared a path to the road. Its plowed so when I get to it I should be gtg.

40 feet of driveway to clear, just wide enough to drive out is all I am shooting for.

I think we have a foot, hard to tell as the wind is drifting it all over the place. I have the truck warming up as I type, time to go and clear it all away.

It nice out, not much wind and the sun is shining. My out side temp transmitter is buried in the snow and is reporting 16F. Its right around freezing but feels warm with the sun.

Plowed it up, not so much that I need to relocate any of the heaps with the loader, not yet anyway. The new brakes worked, the new u joints held up, nothing sprung a leak or fell off. I did hear a squeak coming from the front driveshaft, seems I will need to change these joints next. Lovely.

It's just drizzling real light, fine snow intermittently here. Not glad to see anybody get dumped on, but I am glad it's not doing it here!
