No, it only makes me fat, or rather it did, now it seems it was the bread and rice doing that, not the spam. I eat more spam now and I am losing weight.

It is a mistake to cook it. If you cook it, you can taste it. Best served on bread with a lot of mayo and mustard.

I am saving that for when I am in a bunker someplace with no way to cook it and too much fallout to go gathering wood for a fire.
