1953 Romanian M44

1953 Romanian M44

Hello everyone I have a recently acquired 53 Romanian M44. I've researched past posts and have reason to believe that it is in the first batch of M44s created by them. Unfortunately it's a mismatch but I'm wondering if the stock is romanian, only marking is an M on the wrist. Any other info about romanian M44s would be appreciated.
