Ageing a repro sling

Post by rired »

Hi guys, new to the forum. I have a Yugo M48 and purchased a repro sling for it. Problem is it just looks too new. Does anyone have a method to make the sling look a little used and not so new.

Just use it, it will darken from handling, firing the weapon, range table dirt and so on.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
