Mini Mosin Nagant

Post by Sindone »

New member here. I use to be on the forums about 8 years ago however life got in the way and I slowly fell away from surplus guns. Well I believe that I'm finally back. I purchased a mini mosin-nagant just for display purposes. The gun is chambered in 22lr. I just couldn't leave well enough alone so I made a bayonet for the mini mosin-nagant at the same scale as the rifle. I included some pictures of the build process along with some side x side pictures of a real mosin-nagant. I tried to keep everything as original looking as possible even down to the grinding marks . Hope you enjoy

Better be careful or you're going to end up with a lot of requests for the mini bayonets.

......and way beyond my skills also. The more I look at this bayonet, the more I want one and the more I want a mini Mosin Nagant.

Wow!
I'm really impressed, nice work!
You probably have the skill to build the whole mosin!

Thank you. While I've never tried to build a whole mosin, I have built several other guns.
