These are made in Turkey. Classic Firearms has been selling them too. I have seen one locally, but don't have any first hand knowledge of the quality. I only have one 1911, so I don't have a lot of experience with the platform. My Taurus shoots really good, so I am sticking with it for now.

About fifty bucks cheaper than a basic Rock Island. I have heard that they are fine but I have no personal experience. One thing for sure, they don't have a lot invested in R&D.😉

There is a lot of quality inexpensive firearms coming out of Turkey.
