If I had my guess it looks like a russian 'D' but I was wondering what anyone might know about this marking. Thanks Gents! :D

Definitely a D (Д). But I have no clue what it means - Damn nice Tula? :D

I just thought it was a big D to have it mean nothing...

Unsure what that is, but I recall something about a circled cyrillic "D" being a Serbian aid mark. I could be wrong on that, but it would only apply to an older WWI era rifle.
