MAS 49 Syrian contract sniper

Post by gurn »

Thanks to Longcolt44 I now have an APX L806 scope set to go with my Syrian contract MAS 49. Very nice scope and looks great on the rifle.

:vcool: :vcool: :vcool: Can you read that instruction manual?
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

MAS 49 Syrian contract sniper

Je ne sais pas çe que ç'est, mais je l'aime.

(I don't know what it is, but I like it. And I'd have fun, if not a lot of success, trying to read the manual.)

P.S.-- is the scope mounted level?

The scope is not level yet with the mount but there is plenty of room to make it so. I just haven't taken it to the range and set it up yet. I need to find a replacement plastic knob for the rifle too. The bottom part of it is missing. From the top it looks great.
