Post by Sonny »

An early Christmas present came in the mail today. :D

A 1933 Enfield No2 Mk1 in .38 S&W..

Can't find any ammo for it here in town but I'll get my son to pick some up in Calgary..

My goodness, that is a very nice revolver. The condition looks beautiful. Shooting that one looks like fun.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Very nice Enfield No.2 Mk1. I can.t remember what the one I had back in 1975 used as ammo. but I had the same problem finding any at all. I think the model I had was very close to .45 ACP and someone suggested I try the moon clips with .45 ACP. I did not do this but traded it for a real Colt .45 1911.The guy I traded it to was the one that suggested the moon clips. Never saw him or the gun again.JGC
