I really can't say yet. I have not had time to mess with it much. From what I have read, the slant makes it work better when working the bolt with the palm of your hand.redspoon wrote:Nice one Vati, clean as a whistleThat forward slant on the bolt handle has always intrigued me, have never fired one. How is the ergonomics compared to the straight or bent bolt?
I have a MAS 36 (basically the same rifle without the grenade launcher) and I can't say the bolt angle effected anything. It's different but it not like a straight pull action, you still lift the bolt. You hand just hits it differently.redspoon wrote:Nice one Vati, clean as a whistleThat forward slant on the bolt handle has always intrigued me, have never fired one.
