Yes, the field gauge, or the No/go. Any resistance on the bolt closing no matter how light is a pass. Never force a bolt down on a gauge. You are good to go with the headspace.

I haven't found a gun that wasn't fun to shoot! I also found motivation to get a Tula. A co worker of mine lived there for 5 years and told me the armory is "much better" than the Izhevsk ;)
