ammo crate wall hanger

Post by Gerry »

Hi guys...

Last week I picked up a crate of ammo at a local gun show, and I wanted to do something with the crate besides crack it open and chuck it! so here it is....I pulled the lid off and cut it down to fit back into the box.....and made a second shelf with what was left over for Ammo and field kits.

I plan to hang my Rifle from the box while I put all my Mosin accessories into the box and hang it in the living room. Just thought you all might like this little project...

have fun!

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Hmm, a sporterized ammo crate, are they allowed here? :chuckles:

Seriously, that is cool, a great way to display the accessories!

I still think the best way to use them is for heat in a potbelly stove but that does look neat and shows some wood working ability which I totally lack! Great looking too! Bill

That would be a cool idea for displaying my shrunken head collection :)
