Curious what that one went for. I figured the pitting and refinished stock would hurt the value, but nothing surprises me right now.

Re: milsurp sales
Well it looks like Covid is dead since even Blue States are reopening. Kind of tough not to when CDC states only 6% of Covid deaths were caused by Covid alone. Also now that Dems figured out rioting helps Trump that is dying off too. So inventories should increase. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapa...

Hungarian 91/30
Picked up a few Hungarian Hadipuska 48.M (48.Minta) Infantry Rifles aka 91/30. Noticed this morning they are 3 consecutive years 1950, 51, and 52. Not the best pic, by thought it was kind of cool. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200827/428df058983719268c3f2776af5ce242.jpg Sent from my Pixel 4 XL ...

The R.O.U. is for Republica Orientale Uruguay or Republic of Eastern Uruguay which is what I think it was called before the War of The Triple Alliance and remains the official name

Re: Speaking of New Imports
You've got quite the collection. I'm fascinated by the 1937 Ejercito. Would like to see more pictures of this gun. Guess I don't know much about these after 1909. I am assuming Argentine? I didn't see it on your list though. Either way, I'd like to see more of this gun. Vz37 or 937 is Uruguayan lik...

Speaking of New Imports
I'm doing a bit of importing myself. Its a heck of a lot cheaper buying in places where there isn't free government money. Got a bunch of Mausers. Some of which are pretty rare. All of which are matching except for the IDF which I bought here. The vz32 Peruvian has a hole in the handguard, but not i...

Re: Are these worth anything?
Yes, Russian and Soviet production total of all Mosins (M91 long rifles, Dragoons, M1907s, snipers, 91/30s, M38s, and M44s) was about in the 30-37 million range. The only thing stopping all the ones in Russia, along with all the captured German stuff there, from pouring in can be removed with the s...

Re: Are these worth anything?
Not sure if you guys don't believe there are new Mosin imports coming in or don't want to believe it, but the truth is there are and there have been. Rear sights are pinned at 300m and Century/Sarco has warehouses full they are importing from Ukraine. Just like IO has warehouses full of Carcanos,. ...

I believe that is Austria, not Australia......... Limex GmbH Company: Limex GmbH Type of company: Manufacturer, Trading company, Agent (Logistic, finance and any services) Country: Austria Yes. Re: Are these worth anything?
The ones to Century and PW Arms aren't from Ethiopia they are from Limex in Australia. Century also has their own deal in Ukraine on top of that. Ethiopia stuff is IO. There is a whole lot of surplus out there and it is coming in. The reason prices are high is panic buying and free money. Free money...

Re: Are these worth anything?
Well that's good news on the VKT antique. Amazing. That's 4 times what I paid for the one I have. The good ole days were good I put up a 1941 SAKO PL marked Antique not rearsenaled. Figure if VKT Antique can get $1200 I should be able to get even more. If not I will keep it. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL...

Lots of ammo imported recently as well both 7.62x39 and 7.62x54r over half a million rounds of each. I believe this time will be known as the Silver Age of Milsurps.

No more 91/30 coming in? Century just got a shipment of 1479 91/30 on 6/16/20 and that is from Limex, and PW Arms got 3,000 SKS

Re: Yugo Model 1924 Mauser
I was given a Yugo model 1924 mauser. It came in a herters sport stock. I'm looking for a correct stock. Does anyone know where i can find any. I will post pics later. Actually a M24/47 stock will fit perfect. They are out there. It won't be correct but better than Sporter. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL ...

Re: Are these worth anything?
Prices are all over the board for Mosins right now. I just saw an MO 91/30 sell for $315, which I though was pretty low for this gun. Alternately, I've seen average refubs sell for $350. I also recently saw an Argentine 1909 carbine, a matching 1st variant Ejercito, sell for $315 too. A steel in an...
