Re: range day....

Took out my '40 Tula Finn Capture for the first time since I got her a couple years back.
That thing is accurate, and I am old and normally can't hit crap.

Junk Yard Dog wrote:Nice one, are you dating that by serial number or the original barrel is still on it with 1918 date?
Serial # comes out to Nov 1918
Barrel stamp is Sept. 1918

M1917 Eddystone Enfield

So this one just dropped into my lap. I am really too familiar with these at all, but it couldn't be turned down. Been reading up on them and they seem to have quite a story behind them. From what I have found, it was manufactured in November of 1918. I'm curious about the Z on the end of the stock....

Re: Searching on GB

It would sure be nice to have the feature but I know what you mean about just scrolling past the overpriced Ex Dragoons. It's just quite annoying to those who know better. LOL

Re: Searching on GB

Yeah, I tried that...no luck. It must use the keywords from the description.
Would sure like to filter out a certain seller with many listings for ridiculously overpriced Mosins...

Searching on GB

Does anyone know if there is a way to EXCLUDE a particular seller from search results on GB?

Re: Expedient sling

The leather and laces are definitely worn and it has that old sling smell. It's certainly been used. The buckles are folded over from use as well.

I believe some were marked for sniper use but never fully converted.
