Do we know what that little diamond on the receiver means? My ex dragoon has the same marking. Definetly has my vote.

Ill take some tomorrow afternoon. The importer is stamped along the side if the muzzle. Where the bayonet locks into place.

Yeah i feel like an idiot for saying it haha. But everything else on this rifle seems to be legit. It happens and I wouldn't sweat it if I were you. That's a heckuva nice K98, and it being a bolt mismatch doesn't detract from it one bit to me. Enjoy it, I know I love my K98. I don't the know, I thi...

Nice K98, but it's a numbers mismatch due to the bolt you have pictured not being numbered 882 also. Also, I may be wrong, but it looks like something weird is going on with the serial number by the charts. Here is the serial number range that it should be for that year. "Mauser AG Oberndorf b...

Re: Classic Firearms

Uncle Ben? That better not be the guy who sells me my rice. Hype, oldest sales trick there is, convince people they need it, only you have it, it's in short supply, and you better get it now or burn in hell forever. If he's the one selling your rice, they have had the picture on the box wrong for a...
