So when someone lists a 91/30 Izhmash Mosin for sale thats not exactly accurate....

Educate me. Is that an importer or just a really really bad spelling?

I just thought it was a big D to have it mean nothing...

If I had my guess it looks like a russian 'D' but I was wondering what anyone might know about this marking. Thanks Gents!
