I own both rifles. I got my M24/47 from Samco and my M48 from SOG. I don't see how you can go wrong with either or both

Just a quick note. Did you make sure the gas valve is in semi auto position and not in grenade position? I know it sounds like a no brainer but I have seen it twice at my local range.
