Re: VSKA AK-47

Great looking one. I have one in Magpul furniture that’s been camouflaged that shoots great. I have read that some have an issue with barrels loosening up after time. So a good idea to keep an eye out for that.

Re: Lebel 1886 M93 project

Would anyone happen to know if a butt plate from a 1907-15 Berthier is the same size? I saw one online for sale.

Lebel 1886 M93 project

When a friend of mine offered this fixer upper to me at a nice price I jumped on it. It had years of thick grime all over it. As I started disassembling and cleaning I was amazed how nice it was . Even the dirty bore cleaned up to be sharp and shiny. Found a replacement butt stock but still need a b...

Re: Steyr M95 Carbine

The Budapest is much less common. So yes,get it. I remember getting a call from my CIA rep years ago about a deal on these with " cracks in stock" for $39 each if I remember correct. I think I bought 5 or 10. Wish I had bought more as none had any real cracks but they all had beautiful sto...

Re: Unusual Gew 88 - pic heavy

Thanks Mike, in my searching I somehow missed that one. Funny that both are 1893. I wonder if Erfurt was short on receivers and bought a few from Spandau that were already marked.

Unusual Gew 88 - pic heavy

Found this one at a small show last weekend. Missing the rear sight adjuster, bolt head and with a broken firing pin I picked it up cheap. This is only my second Gew, my other is Turked marked. This one is strange because of the name. "SPANDAU 1893 ERF." I cant seem to find another example...

Beautiful rifle Miller, will a Lee Enfield No. 4 Mk. 1 (T) be on a page in that new chapter eventually?

How about http://youtu.be/l91ISfcuzDw Thank you JYD. So there were many made just not many left? I read it is assumed there are less than 300. Is that in existence or in the United States? If U.S. how many are thought to exist worldwide? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk I believe that is in the wo...
