Hello, No, the brass cases are just brass cases. You'll have to neck them down, in fact, so the 0.318" bullets don't fall into the powder! This is how I prepare brass: 1. I size the neck using a .30 caliber (in my case, 7.62x54R sizing die). 2. I size the case using a 8mm (7,9x57) sizing die w...

The 3k rounds you have - did you buy them or reload them? Because the surplus ammo is too hot/strong for the antique weapon.
