Check the extractor. A lot of times the problem you are having is do to a mis-formed or otherwise ruff extractor face. There are also many Youtube vids showing this issue.
I have an offer for an M48A that I talked the guy down to 320.00 shipped but I really don't want a rifle with stamped parts if I can get one with all milled and Wideners has all milled for 269.99. I also have an opportunity to get an M24/47 with a bent bolt handle.

According to the owner of Wolf whats being said about Russia halting ammo is NOT true. Even if it does happen, they import ammo from various other countries besides Russia. So even if it happens supplies won't be affected as much as people think. That on the other hand is going to be the problem.......
