I have not seen an SKS grenade launcher like that before...and probably never will again. Thanks for sharing the pics!

That is one of the prettiest K98k's that I have seen! I think that rifle coined the phrase "milsurp porn".

Re: Enfield and Mauser
Funny thing about Lee-Enfields...the more beat up they are the better they look. Nice rifle! You say it was under $200? I think you did very well compared to the prices I see around here. Is that butt plate brass? I couldnt tell from the pics. It looks like you have some surface rust on that rifle b...

Re: Mosin-Nagant Intervention Rifle
The problem I see you having is the same problem that I had. Once you decide to buy a Mauser or an Enfield you will figure you are happy with the one...until you realize how many variations of those rifles there are out there. Soon you wont be able to rest until you have one of each model or country...

Re: An AR, well because..
You guys have really GOT to stop posting all of these cool pics of your AR rifles...you are making me rethink my AK47 decision...curse you all. Thats a great looking rifle by the way! Did you buy it or did you build it? The reason I ask is because a friend just finished building his own AR sty...

Re: Range day with the M95
Look at all of that beautiful ammo waiting to put holes in some perfectly good paper targets...I love good ammo pics. I also have some surplus ammo that I am afraid to shoot and I'm too cheap to buy the commercial stuff.

Re: AK 47 or AK 74?
Thanks for the input. I've decided to go with 7.62x39 and I've got the AK clones narrowed down to either an Interarms IAC 47 or an Arsenal SGL 21. I will have to keep saving my pennies another couple of months for the Arsenal but it would make a nice Christmas present to myself. I was at a gun store...

Great pics! I've always thought this was such a cool looking rifle. Can you get ammo for this or is this a hand load only?

Re: 1893 Turkish Mauser no3
I love these mile long Turkish Mausers. I remember when I got my first Turkish Mauser and thinking...wow, this is the flagship of the Mauser fleet. For some reason these rifles dont get a whole lot of respect. Bring out a K98K or a Yugoslavian rifle and everyone at the range wants to handle them. Br...

Re: got the mauser.
You cant go wrong with a Mauser...they are little works of art in my opinion and they are addictive to collect. The 24/47's seem to be the best deal out there at the moment. Does anyone know if these bolts were originally blued or in the white? I think the K98k's were originally blued but I'm not su...
