Clips can be made from existing Carcano clips. Here is a link to some instructions for making the clips by the co-author of a new Carcano Book.

Re: Show us your Finns!
Any excuse to show my meager stuff.
1940 VKT (1899 receiver)
1941 VKT (unknown date on receiver. Can't remove the bands because of tiny screws, but that's another post)
1940 M39 (1896 receiver) very well used. Extremely smooth action.

Re: French Mas 49/56
Yep, Century did the conversion. There were some problems with the variable pressures of .308 and there is no gas adjustment on the conversion. There are (were) a couple of guys who added gas adjustments to help. I qualified on the M14 in the 1960s and for sure, it's the best gun. The MAS is a littl...

Re: French Mas 49/56
I have one in .308 and I love it. Never had any problems. Came with four magazines and a cleaning kit. It is one of my favorite shooters. Shot a variety of 7.62 (.308) and it is reliable and great fun to shoot. Solid, tough rifle, easy to break down, etc. Would have been a good "M14" if we...

Re: Antique M91 Carcano in 6.5X54ms?
When the Greeks rechambered to 6.5x54, they usually stamped the letter "E" on the top of the barrel or chamber. I believe that is the only mark that they used for the rechambering. I have one of these and it has been soundly beat up, although the bore is amazingly pretty good.

Re: What to look for in Lee-Enfield No4 Mk1?
Be sure that the letters "BP" aren't shown anywhere on the gun. That would indicate that it is possibly demilled or otherwise rendered unshootable. Otherwise, great prices.

Re: VZ-52
VZ52 001.jpg I am a new guy lurking from another forum. The vz52 was one of the first military rifle I bought back in the early 90s when eBay allowed the sale of guns. It was a beater missing parts (handguard, front sight hood, buttplate) but it was GREAT fun to shoot. It ejects sharply to the LEFT...
