I'm going today to pick either a unissued mint condition Polish M-44 or a mint condition Russian M-44 dated 1948 ,both have mirror bright bores with very sharp grooves and lands for 500 dollars a piece. I was wondering which is better and is it worth the price

I am back to collecting mosin nagants again I used to be a member of this site many years ago known as Tinner and I couldn't remember my password or correct screen name .. which brings me to letting people know that I finally have bought my first Finnish Mosin Nagant it is a M39
