Izhevsk sniper - 4450000 should be number of original scope. But absence of letters "BT" on bolt, mag and buttplate means force matched. Don´t see on mag, but bolt and buttplate Izhevsk too.

Steel - would not cycle. And you will not be hurt by slide (not much - depends on front blade sharp edge) ! Remember german WWII "last shot" from barrel and slide of disassembled but loaded P08? It is nothing harmfull shoot it from hand - recoil is very mild.

Lowering OAL and not increasing the pressure - you have to lowering amount of powder. How much - check some reloading software. Because increasing the pressure too much can covert your handgun into hand grenade!!!

Number on the bolt is without "TB" prefix and completely different font - so this is not the original bolt to this weapon.
