Many folks have never seen or heard of this eastern european sniper rifle. One of the true advancements in the mosin nagant was the czech mosin nagant sniper. This one is complete with kit and all the trimmings ;)

You are VERY lucky to have that piece, especially with all the trimmings. Is yours all matching?
I know where there is one locally, I don't want to find out its still available!
