Hello guys.Can you please tell me what is this worth?from what I googled,its a PAM scope 1937-1938 based on the serial number.Thank you and I hope I dont break any rules by asking this.

Like Darryl said, it's a 1938 PEM, and someone unfortunately went to town on it with a wire brush.
