2022 Tacoma TRD Sport

Post by tjtM38 »

I got a new ride yesterday. It's a 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. Had my old Tacoma for over 14 years and it probably would have kept going for years despite 160,000 tough miles. I just turned 72 last month and figured the time was right to get something newer. This was a lease turn in with only 12,000 miles and remainder of factory warranty intact.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

I have a 99 4Runner that clocked 315000 today.

Not bad. The one that I have is a 2019 with 30k on it. If insurance totals it, I’ll probably get my Dad’s 2021(?) which has less than 5k on it. I’d like to consider getting a F150 Lightning, but they’re a bit pricey and more importantly, it won’t fit in the garage of my townhouse.

Nice! I am torn between a new Tacoma or another 4Runner. My 2020 only has 16k miles though.
