Mosin Nagant 1943

Mosin Nagant with 1943 & It has 676 in 4 Seperate places on the Magazine, Bolt, And end of stock plus on the skank or w/e it’s called. Know almost nothing about these WW2 era rifles so any help is appreciated.

It's a refurbished1943 Izhevsk 91/30. It looks like a nice solid example. Although not rare or uncommon.

Nice one! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: I have two wartime 91/30's including a 1943 Izhevsk very similar to yours. The rifles from that era shows how desperate they were to crank them out as fast as possible. There was no thought of applying a nicely blued and polished finish. All the receivers were rough, but the barrels were good. My '43 is a refurb as well; one of my best shooters.

Along with the 1942 Izhevsk the1943 dated rifles are very common. You do have a nice rifle wartime rifle with a good looking stock! I never get tired of seeing these, thank you for sharing! :thumbsup:
