I have a couple of questions about markings. I've looked and can't seem to ID this one (the C/L): Also, there are three SA stamps. Why would that happen?

All the eagles look like the eagles put on the Izhevsk arsenal M91's.
Almost more like you see on the Remington M91's.
I've seen them put multiple SA marks on before. I guess they didn't like the way it came out!

Can we get pictures of the whole rifle?

I know there are some documented authentic multi-stamped SA rifles, and there were some multi-stamped SA rifles that had fake stamps. Understand I'm not saying yours are fake stamps (Not that I can tell the difference). Just curious about the rest of the rifles attributes.

No clue on the L marking.

So if I'm looking at this rifle right, it's an M91, that looks like it remained in the standard M91 configuration, meaning original barrel. It also doesn't seem to have a two piece stock, at least from the pictures it doesn't.

Cool rifle, would be an interesting one to decipher.

The stock looks like a "one piece".

The sling escutcheon look Finn.

Cross bolt is not centered, so probably a Russian stock.

I wonder if it is a Russian rifle that was captured by the Finns and they added the escutcheon to the Russian stock.

It is a one piece stock.

The rifle does have some interesting parts. Part of the bolt has Tula marks, and the trigger has a circle c so may be french. The bands are also pinned.
I wonder what it is worth. It is a cool piece.

There are also no visible import markings on the barrel.

No import markings would most likely mean it was imported before the GCA of 1968. According to one long time member on here, Junk Yard Dog, Finned Mosin Nagants started showing up in the US sometime in the 50s. So this one is most likely from the pre 68 batch if it's not import marked at all.

So the bolt and barrel SNs match, what about the buttplate and magazine floor plate? Can't tell if the bolt and barrel SNs fonts match or not.

Buttplate is blank. Their is a 2 on the stock underneath.

The number has been removed. This was commonly done during refurbishing, it should have been reapplied at the end of the refurbishing process, but things got overlooked.
