Reloading 54R Again

I use to load several years ago for 54R but got rid of the rifles and all my components.
Loaded mostly Cast for the local silhouette matches, actually won the 300yd. offhand a couple of times with an M39
Even beat the scoped guys.
Well, looks like I have another project to start again.
All I really need is good brass, I'll start searching the the usual online vendors.

Has anyone here tried the LEE 123gr. Cast Spire point in the 54R ?

I have not tried them but considered buying the mold. They would probably be ok but if not could always use the in the 7.62x39 guns

If you can't find any brass suppliers, here's a little tip that many don''t know and how I built up my stock, the extended length blanks that you can get from Sportsmans Guide are PPU brass and once fired you can cut them down to standard brass length and reload full power loads in them.
