Here is an almost original 1894 chatellerault contract M91. It’s in surprisingly good condition.

I have an 1895 Chatellerault in about the same shape. I slugged the bore and came up with .311 inch. It is a Finn rifle. When I get home in a little over a month, I'll post pics of the markings. Very sweet shooting rifle as well.

Paid $39.00 for it in the early 1990's.
