Ammo ID

Post by DocAitch »

While rummaging in the garage, I unearthed a couple of cases of ammo that I have had difficulty ID’ing.
Because it is not in Cyrillic, I can narrow it down to not Russian and not Ukrainian. Best guess so far is heavy ball, non brass case.
Any thoughts?

The cans I had similar to that were Bulgarian, 10 rounds per pack on clips.

Thanks,
Any idea of bullet weight, case material?
I really don’t want to open this tin to find out.

I'm thinking like you, the yellow means heavy ball, 187 gr. I think it is.
