New grips for .22 SP101.
New grips for .22 SP101.
I finally found a set if grips that let me get a pinky on this revolver. They are a set of Badger grips. They are the full size model, and these happen to be Bocote wood finished with tung oil. Fit and finish are top notch. Made here in the USA in SC.

“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

New grips for .22 SP101.
I didn't know you had this one in 22, or I completely forgot about it. Those grips are going to be top notch at the range
Re: New grips for .22 SP101.
Very nice; looks somewhat similar to the combat grips Altamont Co. makes for S&W revolvers.

At first glance I thought "laminate." Those look nice and it sure looks like it would give a positive grip.

Thanks everybody. These are solid Bocote wood. https://www.wood-database.com/bocote/ They make a big difference over the very small factory grip.
