So get a chamber insert for 20 gauge and just tell everyone you are shooting a 10 gauge.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

That Winchester load is what I used in my H&R 10 ga for Canadian geese, good stuff.

Oh hell no, I shot one of my brothers 3 1/2 turkey mags in 10 gauge once and there ain't no damn turkey worth that. I still hurt just thinking about it.

An Aunt gave me a .10 ga., bolt action that was my uncles goose gun, when I was in my 20s. I got rid of it soon after. I only weight about 120 back then, and that thing hurt me. ;)
