Beautiful rifles with nice grain!! I'm a sucker for tiger striping and will buy a rifle if it has nice striping just to add it to my collection. I'll add to the list by showing a couple of my striped M39's.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

"Best Gun"? Collectible?, Shoot-able? Looking? Sooooooo many different "Goods" to choose from. But my "best" shooting M39 is not even posted above. It's a 1943 Sako and it is my most accurate. Nothing special looking, just shoots!

From beauty to duty.... This is a well worn '41 VKT. Only about 20% of the original blue remains above the wood line, the wood has some hard wear, but she still shoots like a champ. I have never been able to find good information about the struck out serials. Neither number contained an "S".

I only have 2 and it may soon be 1. But I'm keeping the coolest one. I focus on M91s but I'll keep one M39, just for the stock.
