I've seen that video, very cool! I do remember reading an in depth thread about it, stating the weapon was in a pretty poor state of disrepair. A very rare and interesting piece of WWII history that paved the way for modern military firearms.

I saw this a while back. Koodos to the cops for returning the rifle to the lady so she could sell it rather than shred it. Makes you wonder how many rare rifles are kept by local police to bolster their collections. Gun buy-backs :roll: :roll: :roll:
