I dont have anything I would call rare. But my large arc N.E. with these failure marks on the bottom of the barrel would strike me as at least 'uncommon'...

I have a few that I consider either rare or uncommon and probably my favories. I'm intending to post a few of them at some point. Most are 91/38's. You will notice that I label them as Czech. So let's not hijack the thread with origin discussions - not the place for that.

This one is in the showcase already. I think only two are known to exist in the US.
1 - ID Czech M1891-38 1899 Izhevsk sn M44042922 C&R.jpg
The second is a 1894 Chatellerault
1 - ID Czech M1891-38 1894 Chatellerault sn 455967 C&R.jpg
The third is a recent acquisition that I have been look for, for quite some time
1 - ID Czech M1891-38 1894 Sestroryetsk sn 15455 C&R.jpg
The fourth, is the only one known to exist in the US, although I could be wrong..
1 - ID Czech M1891-38 1915 Westinghouse sn 130749 C&R.jpg
The 5th is a 1908 Cossack
1 - ID Czech M1891-38 1908 Izhevsk Cossack sn 21024 C&R.jpg
I think this one is uncommon since it appears to be the original stock for the rifle and was never upgraded with a cross over stock bolt
1 - ID Czech M1891-38 1896 Izhevsk sn 77109 C&R.jpg
Last but not least, a very recent rifle that I have been looking for, for a long time. Alex discusses in depth this type of rifle in his book and confirmed that it is authentic.
1 - ID Russian 9130 1941 Tula sn RMN001665 C&R.jpg
Yes... I have sickness for 91/38's and 91/59's as some may have noticed over the years. It won't be cured until the elusive Remington shows up and that could be a LONG wait. There are rumors that one exists though . :facepalm2:

I guess mine would be the Finned M91 that is a 1927 Tikkakoski stepped barrel, built on a 1894 Izhevsk receiver. Supposed to be one of 3000 that received the stepped barrel and a 9 on a 1-10 rarity scale according to 7.62x54r net.

I'll have to update my entry since my earlier one was sold to help fund something nicer. I've got a few more to choose from now, including a B-Barrell m91 of which only about 5k were made. However, slightly less common than that is this 1947 Izhevsk m91/30 in standard infantry configuration. Most of the post war m91/30's were built as snipers but this one never made the cut, though it is probably the best shooter that I've got.

I have a 1917 Remington with the Finnish SA markings on it. I was just wondering if that was uncommon.

I only have 5 Mosins and my most uncommon is a Finn capture 1907 Sestroryetsk M91. It's also my favorite shooting Mosin.
