How long will it take the ATF to process the application and mail the FFL Class 3 C&R License to me

Now you mention it, for the C&R I never did fingerprints or photos. I have a CA COE and it did not require a photo, just prints.

You applied for a class 3 FFl license, not a 03FFL curio and relics licenseA class 3 is for full auto and short barreled rifles sale.
