No snow here and I hope it stays like that, unless it snows on a Thursday and I get to miss work Friday .

I was very happy to find the 1900 tang date. that makes it my oldest ,my next one is a 1905 date.

I took it to the range today but could only shoot at 50 yards. dead center and about 2 1/2" high. I bet it had not been put in the show for a while.

Did it come packaged well? When I bought 2 rifles (not m39's) they came wrapped in plastic with the bolt removed and wrapped separately and then secured to the rifle. Packed very well.
