So I picked up 50 rounds of finnish brass cased VPT headstamped 1935-1938 dated,cupro-nickel S-ball 7.62x53r on GWS stripper clips, 1944 repacks for 3.00 a box at an antique show. All Thoughts and opinions appreciated!

Sounds good to me if all You use 'em for is display or trade. They've been around for a long time and I guess I'd wouldn't shoot 'em up 'cause they're part of history and there's plenty of shootin' ammo around.

Just my 2 cents worth,

Oh no, I won't ever try to shoot these. Just seeing what others thought about them.

Its amazing any prewar Finn ammo survived. Good stuff. I have some similar packs. I'll never attempt to fire them .

I think you found yourself a little treasure for a great price. You could shoot them, as they would likely still fire, but you are wise in saving them. They are antique collectibles and considerably more valuable than what you paid.
