Not Ufixums

Here are some pics of 2 T53's I bought at a local pawn shop. I made a quick reference to these in Celt's thread. As you can see, the stocks are much better. The metal is a little better but not much. the bores are equal (very good), and the headspace tested good. Got to hand pick from about 12 rifles. One is a "Shi" and matching except bolt. The other is 100% matching.

Now I only have to post up a M44 Hungarian and 2 91/30 Aim shooters. Maybe in a few days.

Only missing cleaning rods. These were not U-fix-ems.

Nice pair of rifles. I learned something new from your post. I thought all T-53 rifles were high-wall receivers, but then I don't own one -- it was just an assumption.

Seriously you may as well while they are still $100. A year or three from now they may be twice that or more like the M44s jumped
