Thank you, these pics are just ones I have in the folder from previous photo layouts, I don't have pics of every marking I have on every rifle, but some of them anyway. Over time I will add to the collection. I have some tang markings to add later.

These are the Soviet markings, and Imperial Russian, I will get to the Finns at another time, I have a few of them still buried in the pic pile to sort out.

"Setroryetskij orushenij zavod" must be one of the most beautiful arsenal and why not company stampings ever designed and used. Just beautiful. I wish I had one in my safe...

A very 19th century design to the markings, I always liked that marking best of all the Mosins :)

Nice display of markings. And the tang dates in the other thread are nice as well. :thumbsup: I should revamp my cartridge pouch photos and information and post it up, as I have made a few inroads on knowledge since the last time I posted them up.
